200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

March 1 – July 19, 2026

We are delighted to announce our inaugural 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program - a transformative journey into the art, science, and soul of yoga. Designed to introduce you to the timeless wisdom of classical yoga. We are honored to walk this journey with you, supporting you as you open your heart and mind to the transformative path of yoga.

Our curriculum bridges ancient teachings with modern life - exploring the relevance of the Yoga Sutras in navigating stress and distraction, and how the yogic principles can be applied to daily routines for greater balance and well-being. This integration of tradition and practicality prepares trainees to teach with authenticity, guiding others with integrity while addressing the realities of contemporary living.

The training schedule is thoughtfully structured, combining immersive weekends of practice and study with integration weeks off - giving you time to absorb, practice, and reflect. If you are a future yoga teacher, or are curious about yoga and want to thoroughly deepen your understanding of it, this program offers a carefully crafted path of study and self-discovery.

Lead Instructor - Victoria Greene

Life has always been about movement for Victoria, she is intrigued and inspired by the capacity of the body to maintain a vibrantstate of well-being and to be a home for the emotional mind in deep contemplation and conscious relaxation.

Her class styles stem from Hatha Yoga principles of pranic flow & breath awareness and can be vinyasa or slow-flow in feel. Sequencing is playful and Victoria's approach is lighthearted and accessible.

Teaching has been a significant part of her life for nearly 20 years, first as a modern dance lecturer in London and in the last 15 years as a yoga instructor. She considers teaching to be an art form that by necessity must evolve to meet the needs of the modern-day seeker. Her greatest influence to date is her study of the Himalayan Tradition of yoga, through the Himalayan Institute in the US.

Victoria enjoys leading visualization practices and is highly committed to leading people in meditation to help them uncover a simple joyful state of being. Keen to share yoga Nidra and conscious relaxation practices she has voiced several guided meditations for The Smithsonian Institute online and for the ‘Yoga Wake-Up’ app.

Victoria is a dedicated yoga teacher trainer, and mentor for graduate students as well as meditation teacher for schools and corporations.

AUTHENTICITY

Creating a safe space to share and learn

A traditional Indian story inspires our training program. It is a story about a deity in the Hindi pantheon named Hanuman.

Gifted at birth with unlimited strength, but also cursed with forgetfulness, Hanuman was rarely aware of his incredible potential. Only by surrounding himself with loving friends, and devoting himself to a cause, was Hanuman able to discover that he could lift mountains!

This story of Hanuman is one we can relate to in our program. An opportunity to surround yourself with a supportive community with like-minded people who embark on the yoga journey, and to realize your strengths and qualities just as Hanuman did.

To uncover your potential for incorporating yoga into your lifestyle and sharing your experience with the world.

Led by Victoria Greene, and a team of guest teachers - the Form + Flow training will prepare you to teach yoga with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This 4-month training lays a strong foundation in yoga, covering physical postures, breathing practices, meditation, teaching methodology, anatomy, and the philosophical roots of the tradition. From March to July 2026, we will meet both in person and online, weaving together immersive weekend sessions with Tuesday evening online check-ins to reflect on what we’re learning and how we’re growing.

Your training package also includes unlimited access to Form + Flow asana classes, and we encourage you to commit to at least two classes per week to deepen your practice.

Embarking on this journey requires dedication and support. Please take a moment to ensure you’re ready to invest your time and energy, and that your friends and family are aligned with and supportive of your yoga path.

How many teachers will be on the program faculty?

What's the average hourly pay for yoga instructors in NY?

  • This varies from studio to studio and things have changed in the industry ‘post-Covid’.

  • Ultimately the 200hr program is a foundation for you. Once you have a sense of the scope of yoga and all of its richness, you can embark on a path that you feel pulled towards. The journey can be endless and full of great joy.
