1. Quarterly Wellness Series

Finding Focus in the Age of AI - Workshop

Everywhere you look, algorithms are fighting for your attention. The average professional now switches tasks every forty seconds, yet creativity, insight, and empathy-all human advantages over AI-only emerge in sustained attention.

This workshop helps participants experience what deep focus feels like again, using simple embodied practices grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Yoga, sound frequency, meditation, breathwork, and philosophy classes fine-tuned to improve your output at work.

Dates: November 5th - November 16th, 6 - 9 pm weekdays, 10 am to 5 pm weekends.

Cost: $3,990 (Covers tuition and practice classes; meals are not included).
