We created this retreat as a sacred space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what matters most – your heart. In the stillness of the jungle and the rhythm of the ocean, you’ll find clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
This isn’t just a getaway – it’s a soulful reset. Through yoga, meditation, cacao, sound, and creative practices, we’ll open space for you to rest, to grow, and to shine from within.
Join us at the beautiful retreat center, Haramara in Sayulita, Mexico for 5 days of movement, nourishment, and magic. You deserve this time to come home to yourself.

Flight to Sayulita, Mexico. The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta (PVR)
Spa treatments, Temezcal (sweatlodge)

Arrive on Thursday, December 4th by 4pm. Shuttle will leave from PVR on time at 4pm.
Depart from the retreat center on Monday, Dec 8th at 10am (Breakfast is included on this day).
** Driving distance from PVR to the retreat center is approx. one hour.
** A private shuttle can be arranged at an additional cost if you arrive outside of this window.
** Direct flights to PVR are available from NYC!

Dorm room is female only, shared with 7 people max. Quad is mixed or single gender depending on availability.

$500 deposit due at time of booking
$1000 due 15 days later
Remaining balance due 30 days after initial deposit

Jessanya Pritikin
Jessanya is a 500-hour RYT and certified mat Pilates instructor with extensive mentorship and continued studies that support her multidimensional approach to teaching. Her classes are a fusion of strength, softness, and intuitive flow — designed to move energy, awaken presence and guide students toward their own inner essence.
Whether she’s leading a dynamic vinyasa sequence or a slow, grounded practice, Jessanya creates space for transformation through breath, mindfulness, and embodied movement.
Her years teaching abroad in Central America and Europe shaped her understanding of movement as a universal language, and her passion for holistic, conscious living informs everything she shares — on and off the mat.
Beyond the studio, you’ll often find her walking barefoot in nature, dancing freely, or laughing with her whole body alongside the people she loves.
Shelly Yang
Founder of Form + Flow. Shelly is a creator at heart and a passionate builder of yoga communities. With roots in classical Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa - and over 1,000 hours of training. Shelly is 500-hour RYT.
Shelly brings both depth and intentionality to every class she leads. Her journey has taken her across the globe, where diverse cultures and landscapes have shaped her unique approach to mindfulness, movement, and connection.
Beyond the mat, Shelly facilitates sound meditations and curates spaces for soul-nourishing practices. Her mission is to elevate consciousness and nurture the inner world of every student who steps into the studio.
Cancellations Before October 15, 2025: If you cancel before October 15, 2025, you will receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations After October 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2025, as retreat costs are committed at this stage. However, your booking is transferable to another person you find.
